Shared Services Center (SSC) is the University System of Georgia’s (USG) central organization providing functional and transactional support to streamline processes across our 26 institutions, to monitor and manage compliance risk, and to allow our institutions to redirect their focus to more student-focused activities.

The Financial Aid Services department of the SSC will work collaboratively with the University System Office, Information Technology Services, and participating USG institutions to reduce the transactional burdens of Financial Aid processing to allow institutional staff to focus on customer service and improving the student experience.
