The Information Services team supports institutions by facilitating data requests through the creation of reports, development of queries, and hosting of query training sessions. They also assist with data implementations and system conversions. The Access Management team is responsible for maintaining and assisting with institutional access to systems such as OneUSG Connect, GeorgiaFIRST, and various third-party platforms. The Careers team collaborates with institutions on internal workflow transactions and supports the end-to-end hiring process, helping ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
