The USG Teaching & Learning Conference invites proposals from higher education educators, academic leaders, and educational developers interested in sharing research, practices, experiences, and insights across the following strands:
- Teaching, Learning, and Student Success: Explore effective teaching strategies, innovative pedagogical approaches, and student support mechanisms that enhance learning outcomes and promote student success in college and university contexts.
- Faculty and Student Well-Being: Creating Communities and Connections: Addressing the holistic well-being of both faculty and students, and practices that emphasize mental, emotional, and physical health to create nurturing, sustainable academic communities.
- Technology and Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education: Examine the integration of technology and artificial intelligence in higher education teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Educational Development: Highlight professional learning, leadership development, and organizational practices that support continuous improvement in teaching and learning across institutions of higher education.

The USG Teaching & Learning Conference fosters dialogue, collaboration, innovation, and scholarship among those committed to advancing teaching and learning in higher education. The premier convening on Teaching and Learning in the Southeast, you will hear from over 300 experts in the field of higher education.
Audience and Eligibility
While the conference is hosted by the University System of Georgia, submission and attendance are open to all higher education professionals. We welcome session proposals and participants from any public or private college or university, including faculty, academic staff, administrators, and educational developers. All content should be explicitly focused on higher education contexts.
